About the Role

We are looking for a junior or intermediate management system analyst and process designer to support all service areas that we provide.  The successful candidate will provide analytical and technical support for our senior personnel and will be involved in the following:

-          Responsible for analysing and assessing our Client’s various management systems and processes, supporting their development and continual improvement,

-          Providing analysis to support Client recommendations and reporting

-          Supporting the development of corrective action plans,

-          Designing performance measurement approaches and measures

-          Supporting the design of company programs (safety, environment, control room, integrity, etc.)

-          Research, review and compile best practices, technologies, markets and other topics

-          Development of analytical tools and templates to support Applied4Sight’s service delivery

We are seeking someone with between 5 – 7 years experience ideally but would consider less experience for the right candidate who has the right fit for our company.  To meet the requirements of the role, we would require you to have skills or interests in the following areas:

-          Problem-solving, decision-making and ability to anticipate and overcome obstacles

-          Strong communication skills(Interpersonal) 

-          Strategic Thinking 

-          Business sense/operation 

-          Innovation 

-          Focused, target driven with a positive, can-do attitude

-          Facilitation experience would be beneficial

-          Assessments and audit involvement

-          Develop procedures, work instructions, forms, and quality reports

Qualifications: 

-          Undergraduate degree (i.e. engineering, business or similar)

-          Experience with management systems and process design
